We are able to arrange international shipments via email.

Shipping options within Australia
Standard domestic service AUD $10.00. Delivery is within 3-5 business days.
Express domestic service AUD $15.00. Delivery is within 1-3 business days.
GST, Customs, Charges and Duties
As our Website is based in Australia, we charge you for Your Order in Australian Dollars (AUD). The actual price charged to New Zealand customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Please note orders which are more than the equivalent of NZ$200 and shipped to New Zealand may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these GST, charges or duties. You can find out more information at
Deliveries are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday.
Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. Please note we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note, the returns policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made online only.
We happily accept returns and exchanges excluding sale items within 10 days of your order being received. This is provided that the garment is in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or washed and the original tags must still be attached.
Before any action to return an order, you must contact 25 AROUND THE WORLD for approval of the return. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Items will not be accepted back for return if a RAN is not issued. Please contact via email or phone.
25ATW will provide an exchange, refund (excluding sale items) or credit note for change of mind of online purchases in accordance with the following conditions:
The return is requested within 10 days from the date the goods are delivered
The swing tag is still attached to the item/s
The item has not been worn, altered, washed and/or dry cleaned
The item has not been damaged while in the customer’s possession
The item was not purchased during a temporary promotional period (standard conditions apply for these items as they are considered a sale item)
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately via email or phone and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you will be refunded.
For items that are FINAL SALE – Please choose carefully. As we do not offer returns (exchanges, refunds or credit notes) on these marked items.
